What this site knows about you
MYYR LLC runs this website to describe what the company does and to give contracting officers, small business specialists and suppliers a way to reach us. The site is built to know as little about you as possible.
No tracking cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use third-party ad networks, social media pixels or fingerprinting. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What we do receive
- Email you send us. If you email yosef@myyrinc.com, we receive your message, your email address and anything you attach. We use it to respond to you and to work on the requirement you sent. It is kept as long as the related opportunity or contract file is kept, which for federal contracts can be several years as required by law.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records the usual technical data for every request (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) to serve the page and protect against abuse. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
- Fonts. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in the process of serving the font file.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information with data brokers, advertisers or anyone else for their own use.
- We do not build profiles of visitors or send marketing email to addresses collected from this site.
Information you send us may be shared only where the work requires it: for example, passing a delivery address to a freight carrier or installer, or providing records to a government contracting office as required by a contract or by law.
Children
This site is for businesses and government buyers. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can email yosef@myyrinc.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where no contract or legal record requires us to keep it. Residents of Florida (Florida Digital Bill of Rights), California (CCPA/CPRA) and other states with privacy laws have the same options here; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only with a strict content security policy. Email is not an encrypted channel; do not send passwords, card numbers or other secrets by email.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
