Qualify
Every clause and line item is read before we quote. Specifications, set-asides, Buy American and delivery terms are confirmed up front, and every product is verified in production with an authorized source.

Pricing comes from authorized distributors and manufacturer dealer accounts, not marketplaces. Substitutes are proposed only where the solicitation allows them, and always in writing.
Deliver
Freight is coordinated directly to the installation receiving point with tracking, packing lists and receiving contact confirmation. Status updates go out before you have to ask.
Close out
Acceptance in WAWF, contract modifications documented on SF30, invoicing submitted as a COMBO and any post-delivery issue owned until it is resolved.
